This enables us to foresee any risk and /or crises well in advance so that necessary actions can be taken beforehand. We owe this to our feature of proactive thinking and this is the result of closely monitoring our sector.

Service quality has been accredited by Bureau Veritas since 1996 and currently with ISO9001: 2008 certificate. Our company is also a member of UTICAD, FIATA & BIMCO.

Whatever would the circumstances be, we believe that customer satisfaction  depends on glorified service and positive approach, and in order to save this motivation, we maintain our in-service training, seminars and meetings on a regular basis.
